Return and Exchange Policy:
- We guarantee free delivery and installation of products for the first time within the cities where we operate, and any additional costs will be borne by the customer.
- Returns and exchanges: Within three days from the date of receiving the product, the product must be in its original condition without removing or opening the original factory packaging, and a delivery fee of [150] will be deducted.
This is subject to the following conditions:
1. Pillows, insulators, bedspreads, sheets, comforters, towels, and robes are not eligible for exchange or return for health reasons.
2. Products with custom sizes, specifications, beds, cabinets, or recliner chairs are not eligible for exchange or return.
3. If the purchase is made outside the cities where we operate, the shipping, installation, return, and maintenance costs will be borne by the customer.
4. By signing the delivery receipt or shipping bill, the customer acknowledges the product's safety.
5. Goods sold during discount and promotional periods are not eligible for exchange or return.
6. Goods cannot be exchanged or returned after being delivered and installed at the customer's premises.
7. In the case of a return, the amount will not be refunded in cash but will be transferred to the customer's personal account within 14 working days.
