Warranty

* The warranty loses its value if the original invoice and warranty card are not available.


* The mattress is serviced or replaced during the warranty period in case of manufacturing defects or significant sagging beyond the normal limit, as confirmed by a technician's report. The resolution process takes place within 30 working days from the date of inspection.


Note: A mattress sag of 3 to 5 cm is considered normal and is a sign of the mattress conforming to the shape and weight of the body.
